We physically make pallets; that is what we do. God has given us a passion to gather resources, add some organization, sprinkle in some diligence and hard work, and create something that did not exist before. This not only describes what we do, but who we are.
We are explorers, at times even pioneers, as we often venture into uncharted territory. Creating something new requires faith and courage, and we believe that God has blessed us with both.
At L&R Pallet we are building every day. Whether it is building the pallets we sell, the culture in which we operate, or the vast relationships we enjoy along the way, we commit to striving for excellence in all we do. Our continued prayer is that we are able to use our gifts and passions to bless others as we have been blessed.
Building Value
When faced with the decision of what products we choose to sell in the marketplace, our options are seemingly unlimited. In the world’s complex matrix of goods and services, we desire for our product to meet three basic criteria:
Essential to Life
Marketplace products can be categorized into two broad categories: needs and wants. At L&R Pallet, we fit perfectly into the needs category and because of that we feel we can be a blessing to our customers.
Affordable and Intelligent
In a society where making unwise financial decisions has become an epidemic, our goal is to offer our product at a cost that does not enslave our customers and that meet budgets.
Quality
While we endeavor to meet a need at an affordable price, we refuse to do so at the expense of quality. We desire to offer excellence and create proud customers. We consider this to be equally vital in building true value.
We believe that this product model will work for any business that has a heart to be a blessing.
Serve
At the end of the day, it is all about relationships. Business is merely a platform that provides us an opportunity to cross paths with many people in the marketplace. From employees to partners and pallet customers to vendors, we have been granted opportunities to touch thousands of lives!
The standard in the marketplace is to use people to accomplish a self-centered mission. At L&R Pallet, however, people are our mission. We believe it is time for people no longer to be treated as marketplace commodities, but as persons entitled to love and respect.
From birthday parties, to baby shower gifts for a fellow employee, to listening to the story of the refugee who simply needs to talk, the possibilities are endless. Our intent is to never take these relationships for granted, but to be faithful stewards of every opportunity to connect with one another.
Our aim is for all we come into contact with to have a positive and fulfilling experience. We commit to treating others as we would want to be treated, attempting to put their needs and interest ahead of our own. We pray that others will feel blessed because of their relationship with our company.

Impact
If we are honest most of us commit to spending our days in the marketplace for one primary reason: to make a living. While some of us are simply seeking to support ourselves, other will endeavor to support a whole family. Whatever the case, provision is absolutely essential in life, and we shouldn’t apologize for pursuing it to a certain degree. As a matter of fact, the Bible itself instructs us to be diligent in our labor, working at it with our whole heart!
“if anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.”
2 Thessalonians 3:10
However, too often a healthy pursuit of provision can become a tireless chase of material possessions. We are all aware of this potential, and many today dream of leaving a nobler legacy. Beyond accumulating wealth, it is common for those of this generation too long to be “part of something bigger than themselves.” As earth’s population tops seven billion, we increasingly long for our lives to have meaning and significance. The Challenge? Well, most of us spend the majority of that life at work.
Therefore, to achieve a life of purpose, we cannot overlook how we spend our days in the marketplace. A life where purpose is only lived out on the margins will logically be only marginally purposeful. Our prayer is that those who seek a greater purpose would find it here.
L&R Pallet is a collection of individuals who have united around a belief that we can spend our days in the marketplace with passion and purpose, having a significant and lasting impact around the world.
We live in a world that is hurting. There are needs all around us in the marketplace and beyond. Therefore, we desire to use the platform with which we have been entrusted to bless others as we have been blessed. As with any organization, we have a unique sphere of influence in which we operate. Our hope is that we will generously use whatever resources we have to impact our sphere positively. We seek to first do this in our local communities in which we interact on a daily basis and then to reach out to bless the nations.

While we are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for spreading this message, we are very mindful of the fact that not everyone who is part of this company shares in that belief and commitment. However, we hope that all will join in the effort to reach out and make a difference in our world. By the grace of God, together we can make an impact.
